In Overview of AI course, we looked at the map; in this course, we look at the engine. This course provides a technical introduction to the three core pillars of modern computing. You will learn that these terms are not interchangeable. Instead, they are like "Russian Nesting Dolls"—one inside the other.
We will explore the Three Levels of AI (Narrow, General, Super) and dive into the mechanics of Machine Learning algorithms and Deep Learning neural networks, using South African examples like wildlife tracking and load-shedding prediction models.
